Cannot save changes; no updates

I am unable to save any changes to my site. When I update the updating sign shows and nothing. On the page it states “saving changes” but it never saves. I had trouble with the Visual and Text but I resolved that. My updates state that I have not worked on the site since Feb 14, 2016 even though I have been on the site and tried to save at least 2x a day since that date.
