We’ve had reports about that and based on your system info, I do see that you use a plugin called Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights. Recently, we’ve found a bug that conflicts with GiveWP when using this plugin.
Moreover, we’ve found out that the bug actually originates from the MonsterInsights plugin. Our team has opened up a support thread on that plugin’s page — https://wordpress.org/support/topic/conflict-with-givewp-4-0/.
Workaround: For now, go to the MonsterInsights section under the Advanced section and enable the Hide Admin Bar Reports option:
