Do you mean price discount setting in each product item in a bundle from the premium version of the plugin?
If so, that unfortunately isn’t possible. Only integer numbers can be used for discounts.

Bad news to hear.
It was possible on earlier version 1.3.4, which I currently on a website I manage and works perfect.
Just wanted to update the plugin, but without this option I’m not going to be able to. All prices Bundled Product prices will be messed up…
