    Hi @theblick

That is because you are failing the Google reCAPTCHA test and you may need to run it in test mode to be able to set a suitable threshold score.

Our plugin doesn’t send any emails. WordPress sends our emails as we use the WordPress mail function to send Wordfence related emails. You can ask your hosting provider if they can see why WordPress is not sending all email. WordPress not sending all emails is a common problem. Many people find using an external SMTP email server plugin to send emails to be more reliable than their hosting provider’s email server.

    Hello @wfphil

Thanks for the response. I am now running reCAPCTHA in test mode. I also have a plugin that I don’t remember installing: the free version of Sucuri. I got login error messages from both Wordfence and Sucuri, so I have disabled Sucuri for now, in case they were in conflict.

    Hi @theblick

    Thank you for the update.

Care must be used when using more than one security plugins as conflicts can potentially arise when two or more plugins are trying to do the same functionality at the same time.
