Cannot log problem and query on website

Hi – I have a query regarding my subscription and a technical problem on my website. However I cannot contact you via your website with these two issues as I get an Internal Server Error when I try.

This is the information I am trying to get to you:
Hi We have had a licence for the last two years, but I see that it has expired – I can’t find any reminder email in my email for the plug in and so wanted to find out how I renew it.
Please can you advise.

Also I have a problem on the Display events posterboard view on the website with the sorting of events – I have attached an image of the problem. Thank you.
