Cannot Log into WordPress dashboard

I am getting this error message when i try to go to /wp-admin

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/discusmadness/public_html/discus/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 52

I have a backup of the site if needed, but i need to log into the dashboard to load the backup.

please advise…
