    Hi

    After I activated he plugin, I am not able to log in the troubleshooter pge, so I cannot even try the plugin πŸ™

    Hello @vibo,

    I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with the plugin. I have a couple of questions for you.

    First, how are you getting to the Plugin Detective page? Are you selecting Tools > Plugin Detective from the left admin menu or are you clicking Troubleshoot from the admin bar at the top?

    You should only be asked to log in if you’re visiting the Plugin Detective page directly because your site is white screened or only displaying errors. Using your usual WordPress username and password should log you in so you can start the troubleshooting process.

    Hi @vibo, We’ve also just released version 1.0.9, which addresses some server-related issues based on info we received from other users. I’m not sure that it’s the same issue you were experiencing, but try updating to the latest version first. And if it’s still giving you the same issue, please let us know about the other questions above and we’ll help you get Plugin Detective running on your site!
