    Sorry to hear about this. From the info you’ve shared we can’t start our investigation and we need you to share the logs and System Logs by visiting Woocommerce > Status > Logs and select the logs file with Yoco in the file name.

    Also share the WooCommerce, WordPress and PHP versions. Please share the info to [email protected]
