I’m on the Settings > Cloudflare page.

API Key is selected, and I can see my email and API key. But the API key is incorrect, and I need to change it.

However, it’s greyed out and I’m unable to change it.

When I click the Connect to Cloudflare button, I get a “Invalid request headers (err code: 6003)” error, most likely because my API key is incorrect.

    Please advise. Thanks.

Do you have any other caching mechanism too on your site? If yes, then please try clicking the purge cache option. If this doesn’t work, then you can try this:

Method 1: If you don’t have some custom settings then you can click on reset settings button and it will reset the settings including the Cloudflare credentials.

Method 2: If you don’t want to lose the settings then you can first export the settings config file by going to this page – wp-admin/admin.php?page=super-page-cache-import-export

Once you download the export file, you can use same file to import those settings. It will import your existing settings and you can reconnect the Cloudflare credentials too.

Let me know how it goes.

    Hey @gaiusjaugustus,

    Sorry for the slow follow-up.

We’ve released a patch update that should fix exactly this situation if you didn’t already try fixing it with the suggestion @kushnamdev provided.

    Have a great day!

I updated the plugin and was still unable to modify my credentials, so I reset my settings. I was then able to successfully connect to Cloudflare.

    Thank you.
