Cannot Customise – Error

I have been using the Botiga theme for quite some time, but a few days ago when I tried to go into the Customise section of my Woocommerce site it just gave an error. I have tried several times with the same result.
An email gets sent with the following error:

I am fairly tech savvy, but I’m not a coder.

Can someone please help me with what to do.
Or should I just get rid of this theme?
