When connecting facebook I get the error “request failed, please try again later” or something close to that. On the jetpack page, it informs me that no pages are associated with my account. I have multiple pages associated with my account, but the one in question is the otero practical shooting page, of which I have ensured I am a full control admin. I discovered that jetpack is not compatible with pages managed by a business manager, so I went to the business manager home and removed the page in question, but this still did not resolve the issue. I have also removed the jetpack integration and tried again multiple times to no avail.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there, @opsashooting,

Thanks for working this out already and for taking initiative. It seems like you’ve taken several steps to resolve the issue. Since you’ve removed the page from Facebook Business Manager and are still facing problems, please try the following:

    1. Ensure you have administrative rights to the page.
    2. Completely disconnect your Facebook account from Jetpack Social and reconnect it. When reconnecting, click “Choose what you allow” to ensure WordPress has permission to manage all pages.
    3. Use the Facebook Sharing Debugger to check for any errors with your page.

If the issue persists, please reply to this thread with more details. If you’re happy to share your Facebook page here, that can help us to troubleshoot. If you want to remain private, contact us via this contact form and mention this thread.

    Hello @opsashooting ,

Do you have updates about the above? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
