Cannot complete Restore: File Permoission = ?

Trying to complete Restore but always get the following

Error: Existing unremoved folders from a previous restore exist (please use the “Delete old folders” button to delete them before trying again): /var/www/html/itutorsoft/wp-content/updraft/plugins-old.

But clicking “Delete old folders” button does not help. Tried many times.

Got a hint from support: It looks like you have a file permission issue, you will need to ensure the file permissions for the

plugins -old

themes-old 

uploads-old 

Are 755 for each of them. Please see here for a guide: https://www.malcare.com/blog/wordpress-file-permissions/. As a quick work around you can log into your site FTP and just delete each of the files and try the restore again.

BTW, I am using the free plugin.
