Cannot Commit plugin changes to wp-plugins.org

I’m getting a forbidden error when trying to commit plugin updates. This has been one of those ongoing things and I’ve never got around to asking anyone.

Here’s the error for this ffg plugin I’m an admin on:

Commit failed (details follow):
access to ‘/!svn/ver/89377/financial-freedom-graph/trunk/financial-freedom-graphs.php’ forbidden

I tried both the srconnell and dancameron usernames.
