Cannot backup

    Hello I have a website that I just installed : WP, Blocksy theme and Updraft, that’s it, did not even begin to configure whatever but Updraft
    I am trying to save on FTP, and all seems fine, I can connect to the updraft folder in wp-content, its permission is 755, I launch a backup, and I have a success message.
    BUT, the zip is just empty (0ko and that’s it, absolutly nothing saves

    PHP : 8.2, all uptodate

    Hi @oaz ,

    Thank you for following up.

    Could you please try downloading the backup files directly via FTP from the wp-content/updraft folder and check if their file size is really showing as 0 KB on your local machine? Sometimes the file manager or backup report may show an empty size even though the files are actually present.
