Calculation stopped in Woocommerce “Orders” Page

    Hi mates,

    I’ve been loving the plugin but it stopped working 2 days ago. We no longer have the calculations in Woocommerce “Orders” page. It says our products cost 0 € and therefore the profit is huge. What can we do in order to get this to work again?

    I see that there are no Rollback versions available :/

    Hi @tatulinna,

    I hope you are doing well, and sorry for the delayed response. Could you please try the following steps:

    1. Update the Plugin: Make sure your Cost of Goods plugin is updated to the latest version (3.8.9).
    2. Clear the Analytics Cache: Go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and click on Clear Analytics Cache.
    3. Recalculate Orders: After clearing the cache, go to the plugin page under the Tools tab and select Recalculate Orders.

    Please let me know if this resolves the issue. If I misunderstood your problem, kindly provide more details and let me know which version you are currently using.

    Additionally, if needed, you can always roll back to a previous version from this page where you can choose the version you want.
