Cache groups bug : serves mobile version on desktop
-
I have installed W3 Total Cache and activated the cache groups feature, since my website is detecting the device and serves different assets (css, js,…) depending on whether it’s a PC or a mobile phone.
Unfortunately, even with this feature enabled, the plugin serves erroneously the mobile assets on a desktop device, which causes the site to be ugly and unusable.
I would also like to mention that although I paid a subscription to the plugin, I couldn’t find any working support link and I’m getting this error message when I click on the “support” menu link.
Bottom line : I’m very disappointed by this plugin sofar and I’m expecting a prompt reaction from any person able to provide a relevant support there.
