    We’ve been using this plugin since the client’s website went live last year however today it’s stopped working. We’re getting the following error on the live site;

    Unable to show Instagram posts

    and then once I’m logged in as admin this error also appears;

    Cache Error: Looking for cache that doesn’t exist
    This error is only visible to WordPress admins.
    If you are using a caching plugin, try enabling the option on the Customize tab ‘Cache error API recheck’ or ‘Force cache to clear on interval’

    We’ve checked with WP Engine and they are saying there’s no caching for Instagram. I’ve read that there were some major changes to the way caching now works on the plugin in the recent update, could it be this? If so, is there a fix or can we roll back to the previous version?

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Hey jlan155,

    It looks like the secondary issue here is that your access token has expired. It’s easy enough to get a new one, however. Just use the big blue button on the “Configure” tab while logged-on to the Instagram account you need an access token for on instagram.com.

    Thanks,

    Craig
