The List block has the same features as the normal Paragraph block does. Neither one has font size or color as an option.
If they are using the Classic block, which does have those features, then they can make bulleted lists within it directly. It has the bullet and the numbered lists on the top bar.
The Classic block doesn’t separate things inside it into blocks, so formatting inside that is more on-your-own.

I’m talking about this feature in Paragraph block:

It doesn’t seem these features apply to list blocks.
It seems like maybe I could add theme support for the lists block?
