Import Bulk Variable products

hello there. I need help with mapping/ naming the columns in my csv file to be able to import a variable product with its variations and their attributes and prices in bulk.. please see the attachment file and tell me what im missing (the exact problem is when i import i get the variations but no prices no attributes set nor pics)
