    Regarding language support, our plugin fully supports Loco Translate, and around 96% of the texts are translatable. If you faced any difficulty, could you please let us know which specific text strings were not working? We’ll be happy to check and assist.

    For technical support, we try our best to respond on all available channels within office hours, and according to our records, we replied to your queries as promptly as possible. If you felt any delay or missed response, we truly apologize for that experience.

    About the bugs you mentioned (edit mode issues, image distortion, currency problems) — these issues are not present in the latest version. It’s possible this could be caused by a theme or plugin conflict. If you can share a screenshot or screen recording, it would help us investigate properly and provide an accurate solution.

    You also mentioned shortcodes not working. Currently, we don’t have similar reports from other users, but different use cases can behave differently. Please let us know which shortcode and how you’re using it, and we’ll take proper action.
