    When creating a re-useable block in Gutenberg and adding a form to it, the form does not work and always errors out. The form does display, but when submitting, it gives an error that something went wrong.

    When I convert the block back to a regular block (not reusable) the form starts working and I can submit and receive the response via email.

    Any idea why this is happening?

    This is a major bug and severely effected my business. I did not receive email requests from clients for a month. I’m a paying Astra user and I’m very disappointed in this.

    I will await the fix.

    Yes, it is a major issue, I can understand how much it is frustrating when things don’t work as expected. I am going to increase the priority of this issue so that it is fixed in upcoming release. For now, please use the form without reusable block.
