Bug Acceptance field from mobile

From mobile if i set an acceptance field, if the user not check it and press submit nothing happen. In the desktop it is ok because if the user not check the acceptance field can’t press submit button.

The problem is from mobile, if the user not check the acceptance field nothing happen and other fields control checks not start. Nothing is written to user. Simply button remain freeze until the user check the acceptance box.
