    How does it feel to make millions of sites dysfunctional. although you have the user’s e-mails about this issue, you have done nothing. you have not informed anyone. you are not working to solve the problem.

    It would be helpful if you let us know what issue you are referring to. We are unaware of any problem that is impacting “millions of sites,” as you say. Obviously an issue of that magnitude would be a high priority for us.
