Broken settings

I installed the plugin on localhost, staging, and a live site. It is fine on the staging and live site, however the localhost site (after working for a few minutes) gives only this error on the Tools page:

This does not occur on the stats page; that page loads fine.

I call the “wpp_get_mostpopular()” function on front-page.php, and it works fine: it displays the popular posts as called.
