There is nothing to fix!
That sounds like you have exceeded the limit for the “FREE” version. Just upgrade ONE-TIME for LIFE access with NO recurring monthly or yearly cost to use the plugin on as many sites as you want.
If you have the paid version, then you may have a problem with the host of your website allowing you to import a file over a certain number of Megs; in which case you will simply need to FTP it to the All In 1 Migration folder from your cPanel then do the restore.

I have to back-track as I now see that this plugin is no longer a One-Time price. I was fortunate and perceptive enough to purchase it when it was.
@mt1895 I’ve used the free version with the free 512 extension many times with success, but when I went to upload a larger file, after paying $98 for the professional version, it failed. Additionally, when trying to disable the plugin i got a “too_many_redirects” error making the site inaccessible. I was able to fix the redirects error after restoring the database and following instructions in a servmask blog I found online. I am really upset that I spent $100 for nothing, plus an extra 3 hours work.
I had a site that was just over the upload limit.
I discovered that there is a workaround (if you are only moving a site)
1) Export only some content ( for example the images)
2) Export the rest of the content
3) Import from 1)
4) Import from 2)
You can also repeat step 1 with plug-ins, themes etc
