Body content now overlapping header

Hi! Love the plugin. Only wondering …

Was there a recent change that may have resulted in body content now overlapping the header? Sample:

Body content now moved up to the top, overlapping the header. It wasn’t like that 4 months ago, and we haven’t made any changes to templates.
