Block Spam and Customers too

Hi @xxxmadrid, out of the box, Stop Spammers is aggressive, but you can adjust the settings to reduce the number of false positives. Here is the setting you should enable: Only Use the Plugin for Standard WordPress Forms. It is on the Protection Options page.

Please give that a try and let me know if it works. If not, I would like the opportunity to keep working with you. We have worked very hard to make this plugin very configurable. It hurts our work to receive such poor ratings without first attempting to get support.
