And me, just installed it and when saving, it defaults back to ‘settings’ and the plugin hasn’t updated.

So sorry. I use a core function to filter data for more secure strings there is only available at WP 4.7 🙁 I will change this and update again.

The update is life, now. I hope it works without problems.
One of my sites gives the blank page (admin bar and menu show up, but no content on the page) when I click “Update Options” while another site gives the sanitize_textarea_field area. Both on version 1.11.0 with WordPress 4.6.1.

@philerb 1.11.1 is now the last stable version, I fixed this error from 1.11.10 to 1.11.1.
