Best order plugin

First, it is really nice to have taxonomy and posts in the same plugin.

But this plugin is light years better than almost every other plugin I tried. You can choose which taxonomies and post types should be able to be ordered. That is a big benefit. You don’t lose the ability to still have some by alphanumeric, etc. Also it simply adds drag and drop to the admin.

The thing I would change is to add a drag-and-drop icon to the admin when it is possible. It changes the cursor, but it would be good to have another visual indicator.
