I just wanted to clear up some info on some of your points for anyone else reading this:
1. FAQ’s – Our free BlockStrap plugin has a FAQ’s block https://wordpress.org/plugins/blockstrap-page-builder-blocks/ but I assume you mean a form input field for listings, that we don’t specifically have yet, it would require manually adding several fields. We do plan a repeater field for GDv3 🙂
2. Live chat – Our UsersWP has a paid addon for that that works for listings owners: https://userswp.io/downloads/private-messages/ (please contact us direct if you have any questions about that, we are not allowed to discuss premium products here, WP rules)
3. Ninja forms can be used for contact forms, also out BlockStrap plugin has a contact form block that can also be used.

We use/suggest geodirectory (and pro addons) for our clients, so:
1- This is good news
2,3 – It’s better and more professional to include these features as built-in or addon for your inimitable plugin. But these instructions can solve the problem for now. We use the integration features of your other plugins.
