bbpress 's topic supported?

does this support bbpress’s topics?
we have 660K topcis, does your plugin will get hangs if we remove like more than 10 topics from 1G size of database?

currently, even removing only 10 topics from trash, wordpress could not handle it well, I heard that it is wordpress’s core’s issue which is bad for big sized wesbite

will your plugin fix this issue? either free or paid
