• So this is how they get you. I want three levels of listings in my directory. You only get ONE listing (plan) level unless you enable the “paid” option in the directory settings.

To enable the paid option you must purchase the plugin. OK, no problem. I purchase the Basic plugin at $200 per year.

Then I enable the paid option in the settings. Guess what … still can’t have more than one level in the directory until you enable a payment gateway. And the only gateway that is supported with the $200 / year plugin is Authorize.net.

    Seriously?

My client uses Stripe … only the most popular payment gateway out there. But to enable Stripe you must upgrade to the $400 / year plugin level.

So, in order to get more than one listing level, I have to upgrade to a $400 / year plugin??

    This is crappy …

    Hi @eshanfelt1

I’m sorry that you felt like you didn’t get the features you need with our plugin. I did want to respond and correct a few of your statements here.

You wrote that “To enable the paid option you must purchase the plugin.”

We actually provide the ability to accept payments with the Lite/free version of the plugin using the Authorize.net module (included), so you didn’t need to upgrade to turn payments on.

You can also have multiple payment plans of varying amounts — that is a feature in the core/free plugin as well.

It sounds like perhaps we didn’t educate you correctly about these things. Did you reach out to our support team? We are always happy to help.
