Base64 encoded content

Avada’s builder stores some of its data (motion effects, dynamic_params and code blocks for example) in base64 encoded blocks within post content, preventing BSR from updating things like fallback image URLs. I wonder if it would be possible to add support for find and replace actions within encoded blocks? Sounds tricky. You’d have to first detect that they are encoded.
