Yes. Let me clarify. I pay $600 a year for one of your plugins. I paid $100 for the pro version of this plugin not knowing it would auto renew. It auto renewed for $100. I reached out to support the day it auto renewed to cancel and get a refund. Support explained the terms of service doesn’t offer refunds but would give me $50 back. Either change your terms of service and offer a refund or I’m moving my clients to Gravity Forms.
