Backup location

    I try to get a better understanding of how this backup works. So, set up my first backup in gdrive.
    I deleted all WordPress folder in my live website.
    To make things even more worse, I also deleted my backup in gdrive.
    Then I try to restore using “site is down” method and the magic happen!!. I manage to get back my website. So my questions:

    1. Where is exactly my backup are stored? I completely delete gdrive backup & delete live website and yet I still manage to get back my website works(which is really damm good!!). Do you guys store my backup in your server? Do you mind to explain?
    2. how can I delete restore point?
    3. how can I re-create a new first backup
