Backup got stuck

Hello, after last plugin update my backups are getting stuck. Could you please help me?

Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

I note that this log file was apparently downloaded only a few seconds after the backup began. Please can you wait at least 30 minutes and see how far it has gone then? Some web hosting companies kill off any process that runs for more than a short amount of time; but UpdraftPlus will resume after a short interval.

Sure David, the next time it occurs I’ll post the log again (after some time). I don’t know why, but backup got stuck sometimes and I need to hit “stop”. But after tryng 2x, 3x times the backup get successfull. Idk if this information could help, but last night I runned for 20minutes and it got stuck, so I stopped and tried again, It tooks 30 seconds and backup got success.

The backup seems to have been running for about less than 2mins? If you check again now did it successfully completed?
