    Hi there,

Elementor Editor V3.32and V3.33 include several Accessibility Enhancements regarding respecting the visitor’s preferences about Reduced Motion. (See articles about V3.32 and V3.33)

When this setting is enabled in your Operating System’s > Accessibility Settings (often also known as Animation Effects), Elementor Entrance Animations, Motion Effects, and Transitions will not run, following the best practices for accessibility. Could you please try deactivating Reduced Motion and check again?

    Hope this will help.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,
Thank you for your explanation. I read both articles and now understand.

I was using Windows 11, and the cause was that the Animation effects setting under Settings > Accessibility > Visual effects was turned OFF.

Turning it ON fixed both the background-slide-show and image-carousel features in Elementor ver3.33.x, allowing them to work correctly.

I’m glad to hear that enabling the Animation Effects setting in Windows 11 resolved both the background slideshow and image carousel issues in Elementor 3.33.x.

Since the issue has now been successfully resolved, we’ll go ahead and close this ticket. If anything else comes up, please feel free to reach out anytime. We’re always happy to help!
