Is the problem that the chart background is not updating after saving?
If that’s the case, it is working properly on our end.
Most presumably, you are experiencing an individual issue.
To assist you further, please provide the following information:
- What version of the plugin are you currently using?
- What is your PHP version?
- What is your WordPress version?
- What source have you chosen for the chart?
- What is the chart type?
- Please provide a link where the chart is set.
- Could you record a short video demonstrating the issue and send it to us?
- Do you have caching enabled?
