Background Animations – change colour?

Hi, I am trying to change the colour of the floating elements in the background on the pages. I have searched every single customisation panel and I am unable to find where it is, a part of me thinks its in the css theme editor but even still I cant confirm it. I’ve found the actual elements in the media manager but they show up as black on viewer. Something is causing it to turn into the pale green generic theme colour that I cant figure out how to alter to match the theme of the brand of website (orange+black)
