Awesome Support – Not showing in dashboard

    Hey Guys,

    So I installed Awesome Support on one of my domains but the options do not show in the dashboard, so I cannot customise or even just set the basic settings, any reason for this? It runs fine on another domain, fujifilmxperience.co.za, but not on the my other domain.

    Hi:

    Please check to make sure that you’re using PHP 5.6.30 or higher. That is the most common reason for the symptom you’ve described.
