Avoid this plugin — it’s missing basic features

The confirmation email sent to customers cannot be customized properly. The form name shows up at the top of every email your customers receive, which looks completely unprofessional. On top of that, all the email text is centered with no way to fix it — so every confirmation email looks like it was designed in 2005.

Then there’s the pricing. Multiple paid tiers for features that should be standard. I spent a few hours trying to make it work before deciding it wasn’t worth the time.
