Automatically ban other user names

    Many people or bots try to log in into my website trying not just the username “admin”, but also “administrator”, and with the name of my website.

    Is there something like a blacklist for usernames available? I would like to ban all these attempts.

    I would like this feature as well, i.e. the ability to automatically block someone when a login attempt is made with one of the usernames on the list.

    Configurable blocked list:
    admin
    administrator
    mysitename
    mysiteurl
    test

    +1 from me for this feature as well please

    For anyone that runs a member site it’s essential to be able to keep the bad users away
