    I’m new to woocommerce. I use Woocommerce for payments. Payments are received from my customers perfectly into my business checking account. That works fine. However, I am having problems issuing partial refunds via woocommerce payments. Let’s say I issue a $10.00 refund on a product. Woo says the refund has been processed successfully, and even gives a code of some type in the note section on the right column. But…the money is never transferred out of my business checking account back to the customer’s credit card. I reviewed all documentation, youtubes, etc. and I am doing it correctly. Do I need a separate plugin for refunds? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much. Feel free to call or email me.

    May I ask which is the payment gateway that the site is using? I am asking because depending on this, the refund might take some business days, for the most part, refunds are not instant.

    To help you investigate, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status report? It is under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
