Not really. There’s Autocomplete for Relevanssi, but that plugin is inactive and potentially harmful, and should not be used.
I haven’t attempted to create one myself, because it’s actually pretty hard to do well. I also prefer showing actual search results instead of keyword suggestions, and SearchWP Live Ajax Search does that well.

i want to keep revelanssi even without autocomplete, (i like it) but i need to resolve my issue.
till now, with your help, i succeed to highlight in arabic language all the word i am searching for even without the accents.
BUT What i need, and this is my issue, is in the search result page:
my pages are big in term of content (texts), even if the words are highlighted after the search, i need something like “next iteration found”. is it possible?
Relevanssi Premium can create multiple excerpts from each page, that sounds pretty much like what you need.
