Auto register new subscribers as WordPress users?

Is it possible to auto-register users? I have a series of welcome emails that are sent to new users via WordPress. I want this plugin to auto-register new Patreon subscribers as WordPress users. Otherwise the email series won’t be triggered until they manually register.

Does anyone know if this is possible either with this plugin or some other tech? I’m running WP on a dedicated server with Plesk installed.
