Trying to set up the gmail integration manually. We have a workspace account we’ve created the API on. Followed both written and the video instructions, even tried the built in wizard, every time we click on the button to connect to the google account, after choosing the google account (the one with the API on it) and confirming, instead of actually confirming we just get a white page with the words “Authorization header format is invalid” in the upper left corner.

    Hi @crossmr,

First of all, I apologize for the delay in responding. Upon checking, I noticed that you have already contacted our email support. Please follow those instructions, and let us know if you need any further help.

It’s possible that you’re experiencing a conflict with your current theme or one of your plugins. While troubleshooting, try disabling your third-party plugins. If needed, try switching to a different theme to see if the error persists.

Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Just a heads up, it was the oauth plugin I was using, the one from ‘steve’. As soon as that was removed it authenticated immediately, also after I tried to restore it, it refused. It won’t run while the google authentication is set up apparently. miniorange’s does run
