    hi there,

The group attribute accepts the slug of your group, or the ID of the group.

If you’re having issues, then make sure you have the proper group slug added. Additionally, your team members should have a group assigned to them for this to work.

In your WordPress site, go to Team – Documentation – Getting started – Plugin Usage. That entire page has some very helpful information and details on different ways to use the shortcode.

The group attribute has been in this plugin for a while so it should work as long as you have the correct group and that there are members assinged to that group. Keep in mind you can use multiple groups such as [our-team group="developers, managers"]

    Best regards

    Hi there,

I looked further into this and there’s a small bug since the WP4.9 update, which we already caught and fixed. There will be an update to version 4.3.1 which will fix this issue. This update will show up in your WP dashboard within 1-24 hours.

If you dont want to wait and want to manually run the update, please click here to download the plugin, then update your plugin through FTP.

Thanks for notifying us of the issue!
