    when i try to attach a file on my ticket form it gives me a 500 error. The attachment stays red and does not attach.

    how do i fix this.

    also when i add a comments to a ticket it copies that loads of times. Like iv entered that commnet 10 times.

    i have reinstalled plugin, removed all other plugin to confirm its not a conflict. My wordpress allows uploads with no issues. Just this supportcandy plugin.

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    It looks like you are trying to upload the attachments as a Guest. You need to allow Guests to upload the files. Please go to Support > Settings > Rich Text Editor > Guests > Allow attachments > Select “Yes” > Submit the changes.

    If this does not resolve the issue then please create a support ticket on our support portal.
