Attachment does not work when opening ticket

Hello,
First congratulations for the plugin!
The error:
When a user opens a new ticket the file is not appended. When accessing the ticket in the backend or frontend only the text is appearing. For answers to the ticket (admin or user) attach files works well, the error happens only in the creation of the new ticket by the subscriber. (The 5 permissions with User Role are already ok).
Would you help me?

Hi:
That definitely sounds as if you’ve got a conflict going on with another plugin. I would suggest trying turning off your other plugins and see if the problem goes away. Another post earlier in the week had a similar issue that turned out to be caused by a plugin related to user profiles.
Once you figure out which plugin is conflicting you can then decided which way to proceed.
Let me know how it goes and which plugin conflicts.

If the problem conflicts with another plugin, then I will initially disable the option to attach file on the ticket, as I can not remove the other plugins, they are part of a project I have been developing for six months. I hope that in the future this conflict will no longer exist.
And again, congratulations to the plugin! It was the best I’ve found so far in this category, fast and convenient.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had the same issue and version 4 did not do any good either. As I see this question is marked as resolved, so Michael, have you found a fix?
No. The topic is marked as resolved because I had support from the developer. But unfortunately I removed the option to attach file (temporarily, until resolved)
