Asynchronous CSS & JS Files Still Render-Blocking

Using:
WordPress 6.3.2
WP-Optimize 3.2.19Troubles:
- CSS & JS files placed in the ‘Exclude from Processing’ and ‘Load Asynchronously‘ fields within WP-Optimize continue to be render-blocking.
Screenshots:
WP-Optimize Exclusion & Asynchronous Fields Populated With Values Pagespeed.web.dev showing that WP-Optimized Files which are excluded & asynchronously loaded are still render-blocking. How can this be resolved? What is the solution to this issue?
